Most identity protection was built before AI could write, talk and research on its own. We start with the personal info AI can use to impersonate you: we ask sites to take it down, and we alert you when your identity is used. There are no tiers and no upsells.

It helps pay eligible costs if your identity is stolen, up to $5M per person, subject to the policy terms. See note 2 below.²

Costs outside the policy terms aren’t covered, and coverage requires reporting stolen identity events within 90 days of discovery.²

You’re enrolled in Social Security number, dark web, change-of-address, breach, neighborhood watch and financial account alerts. When something comes up, we tell you by email and in your dashboard. A mobile app is coming soon.

We send removal requests to the people-search sites that list you, check continuously and re-file if a listing comes back. Each site sets its own rules, so removal isn’t guaranteed for every record.

Start with the alert. It tells you what we found. If someone has stolen your identity, your insurance can help pay eligible costs. Coverage requires reporting stolen identity events within 90 days of discovery.²

Right after payment, you finish a few-click enrollment, and protection starts then. On Family, you add up to 3 more people from your dashboard.

We use the details you give us to provide your protection. Monitoring is handled by a third-party service provider,¹ and cards are processed by Authorize.net.

Yes. Protection continues through the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund any period you’ve already been covered for.
